Shipping policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bug-Bytes. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Production Time (Prior to Shipping)

All orders are processed and produced within [2-5] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Note: During peak seasons or for complex items, production may take slightly longer

2. Shipping Times (After Production)
Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • UK/Europe: 3–10 business days
  • Australia/Rest of World: 5–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the custom nature of our products, our print providers are located worldwide, and shipping times may vary based on your location and the item ordered

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bug-bytes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Damages & Lost Packages
Bug-Bytes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
